EarthCom is a central on Earth that directs UEF's Commanders in the field. In the Supreme Commander Campaign, you are directed by a young man from EarthCom in the UEF campaign. EarthCom is switched out for a new central called "HQ" in Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance.
