The Aeon T3 Shield Disruptor, nicknamed the Absolver, is an Aeon unit. This is a direct fire unit as well as a support unit.
The Absolver is a T3 shield disruptor unit. It very effectively destroys energy shields at a good range, but is ineffective against everything else. This includes both area shields and personal shields protecting certain walkers, such as the UEF's Titans and Aeon Harbinger IVs.
The Absolver works well against a hunkered down opponent who utilises heavy shielding to protect their base from attack. Don't frown upon this unit.
Another unorthodox use of the Absolver is as a counter to UEF T2 Shield Boats. Because of its hovering capabilities it can support amphibious tanks and Aeon T2 Mobile Shield Generators; and with its extreme range it can engage a modest UEF navy, given that there are no Battleships to contend with.
