The Aeon T3 Heavy Shield Generator, nicknamed the Radiance, is an Aeon top tier stationary area-coverage shield generator.
Differences[]
A Radiance working
The Radiance is one of the few units to not get any adjacency bonus,[1] but its energy drain to maintain the shield is much lower. The shield covers less area, but has more health than either the UEF or Cybran's equvalents.
A Radiance off
The Aeon shield generator is also the only T3 generator that cannot be upgraded from a T2 generator. As a result, you must choose in advance whether you really need a Radiance or whether it would be more cost-effective to build a Shield of Light instead, as you cannot upgrade it later.
