The Seraphim T3 Heavy Artillery Installation, nicknamed the Hovatham, is a Seraphim tech 3 stationary artillery unit.
Like most Seraphim artillery, the Hovatham fits snugly between the lower accuracy, lower damage, higher AoE Cybran Disruptor and the higher accuracy, higher damage, lower AoE UEF Duke (the Aeon Emissary is a whole different style of weapon). It can wreak indiscriminate damage on an opponent's army and base, but trying to destroy specific targets can prove difficult. One advantage the Hovatham has over its counterparts is that it has longer range than either the Duke or the Disruptor, approaching the range of the Emissary, while also being slightly cheaper than the Duke.
