The UEF T2 Destroyer, nicknamed the Valiant Class, is a UEF unit. This is a destroyer, as well as a direct fire unit, torpedo unit and anti-torpedo unit. It is best used for escorting larger naval vessels, with its multi-purpose armament

The Valiant Class is a capable all around vessel. Its high health, high arcing and long range Gauss Cannon attacks, make it a capable unit for bombarding targets close to the shore or at sea. When combined with Governor Class Cruisers, it is capable of defeating defensive sea emplacements with ease, while remaining well defended and out of range.

As with other faction destroyers, the Valiant Class is an anti-torpedo vessel with its 2 side mounted Smart Charge AntiTorpedo launchers, and is also armed with 2 front mounted Angler Torpedo launchers. However the much lower rate of fire on the Valiant's torpedo launchers means they have a much lower DPS than the other 3 factions' destroyers, making the Valiant Class much less effective against enemy submarines. It is more likely to require assistance from the Cooper torpedo boat when faced with large numbers of sumbarines.

Although this ship has two anti-air Linked Railguns, it is incapable of tracking and destroying faster moving air targets, such as many T2 or T3 air units and enemy scouts. Combined with their pathetic damage, this makes the Valiant Class virtually helpless against an air attack and it should be accompanied by Governor Class Cruisers and Bulwarks in such situations.
